Dear Mr. Amulya Patnaik

This is to bring in your urgent notice that Mr. Manish Chandela who is member of the BJP’s youth-wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has openly claimed on histwitter handle @Chandela_BJYM that, “yes we burnt the houses of Rohingya Terrorists”. He had posted it on 15th April 2018, at 2:16 am. Again on 16th April 2018 at 5:42 pm, Chandela on same twitter handle posted that “yes we did and we do again #ROHINGYA QUIT INDIA”.

Please remember that the Refugee Camp of Rohingya located near Kalindi Kunj was burnt down at wee hours of 15th April in South Delhi.

The open claim on social media by the culprit is a challenge to the Delhi Police and all other Law Enforcement Agencies. This act of arson immediately needs your action.

The tweet was posted immediately after the fire in the Refugee Camp but it is surprising that Delhi Police neither taken any action to file the complaint against him, nor authorities have taken him in the custody for a must interrogation.

We demand immediate arrest of Mr. Manish Chandela under appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code.

We hope Delhi Police would act at the earliest opportunity to save its image.

With best wishes                                                                                                                                                           Your Sincerely

                                                                                                                                                                            Navaid Hamid                                                                                                                                                                       President,AIMMM
